Teacher Agreement
This agreement governs the terms of use for teachers on the Najeep platform, available at: www.najeep.online
By using the platform as a teacher, you agree to this agreement.
1. Platform Definition
Najeep is an e-learning platform that allows teachers to create their own educational platforms to offer private lessons, training courses, live sessions, and educational content.
2. Teacher Account
When creating an account, the teacher agrees to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, and update their information when necessary.
3. Content Responsibility
The teacher is fully responsible for the educational content they provide, including its accuracy, quality, and compliance with intellectual property rights.
4. Payments
All payments are made directly between the student and the teacher using the payment methods specified by the teacher. Najeep does not process payments or retain payment data.
5. Refund Policy
The teacher sets their own refund policy and must communicate it clearly to students before the purchase of any educational service.
6. Acceptable Conduct
The teacher agrees not to post unlawful or offensive content, infringe on the rights of others, or misuse the platform in any way.
7. Intellectual Property
The teacher retains ownership of the content they create, while granting Najeep a license to display the content within the platform for the purposes of operating the service.
8. Account Suspension
Najeep reserves the right to suspend or cancel a teacher's account in the event of a violation of this agreement or misuse of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Najeep bears no responsibility for disputes between teachers and students, payments, or the quality of educational content.

تنظم هذه الاتفاقية شروط استخدام المعلمين لمنصة نجيب المتاحة عبر الموقع: www.najeep.online
باستخدامك للمنصة كمعلم فإنك توافق على هذه الاتفاقية.
1. تعريف المنصة
منصة نجيب هي منصة تعليمية إلكترونية تتيح للمعلمين إنشاء منصاتهم التعليمية الخاصة لتقديم الدروس الخصوصية والدورات التدريبية والجلسات المباشرة والمحتوى التعليمي.
2. حساب المعلم
يوافق المعلم عند إنشاء الحساب على تقديم معلومات صحيحة والحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول وتحديث المعلومات عند الحاجة.
3. مسؤولية المحتوى
المعلم مسؤول بالكامل عن المحتوى التعليمي الذي يقدمه ودقته وجودته والالتزام بحقوق الملكية الفكرية.
4. المدفوعات
جميع المدفوعات تتم مباشرة بين الطالب والمعلم باستخدام وسائل الدفع التي يحددها المعلم. لا تقوم منصة نجيب بمعالجة المدفوعات ولا تحتفظ ببيانات الدفع.
5. سياسة الاسترجاع
يقوم المعلم بتحديد سياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة به ويجب توضيحها للطلاب قبل شراء أي خدمة تعليمية.
6. السلوك المقبول
يوافق المعلم على عدم نشر محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيء أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين أو يسيء استخدام المنصة.
7. الملكية الفكرية
يحتفظ المعلم بملكية المحتوى الذي ينشئه مع منح منصة نجيب ترخيصاً لعرض المحتوى داخل المنصة لأغراض تشغيل الخدمة.
8. تعليق الحساب
يحق لمنصة نجيب تعليق أو إلغاء حساب المعلم في حال انتهاك هذه الاتفاقية أو إساءة استخدام المنصة.
9. حدود المسؤولية
لا تتحمل منصة نجيب مسؤولية النزاعات بين المعلمين والطلاب أو المدفوعات أو جودة المحتوى التعليمي.
10. تحديث الاتفاقية
قد يتم تحديث هذه الاتفاقية من وقت لآخر وسيتم نشر التحديثات على هذه الصفحة.
